Items purchased on the online store (that are not customized items) are refundable within 7 days of the purchase date.
Exchanges can also be made within 3 days (after being received) if there was an error made on Weebs' behalf.
If items are returned damaged the customer is liable for a partial refund of 50% that was paid.
Customized items and specials requested items are refundable within 48 hours of purchase.
